The payment methods actually possible at the specific time of the order may vary and you will be informed before placing the order about the payment methods offered specifically.

We deliver in Romania and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. Braubrau is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or other external factors.

In case the products are damaged during transport, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at the following email address: info@braubrau.com . As a result, braubrau will have the option to file a claim with the carrier or the transport insurance company regarding the damage. If the customer fails to notify us of the damage during transport, this will have no effect on the customer's statutory rights to warranty and remedy of non-conformities.

All prices include statutory VAT and other price elements and do not include shipping costs. However, shipping costs are communicated to the consumer before placing the order, as the latter must be fully informed and approve these prices before placing the order.

If you order products from braubrau for delivery outside the EU, you may be subject to import taxes and duties that will be charged once the package reaches its specified destination. Any additional customs clearance fees must be borne by you; we have no control over these fees.
